2.0mL, Wide Mouth Certified Vials

Velocity are pleased to now be able to offer our customers a new range of Certified 2mL Autosampler vial kits certified for use on LC and Mass Spec Instruments. Understanding the importance of using particulate free vials for sample preparation, our vials are tested to meet the high standards our customers require. Some of our competitors offer “Certified” vials at cheaper prices but you need to ask them exactly what they are certified for? Are they actually tested for residual carry over or are they just certifying the vials dimensions? Our standard range of vials all come with dimension certification however only the certified range are also tested by LC/GC for residue and background contamination.

Two ranges of vials are available:

  • Glass - Type I, Class A, 33 Expansion Clear or 51A Amber Borosilicate
  • Dimensions – Height, Diameter, Bottom Thickness, Neck Length, Thread Profile, Annealing
  • Cap/Septum – Diameter, Height, Thread Integrity, Centre Flash, Septa Insertion
  • Chemical Test – HPLC Test – Non-volatile residue, GC Test – Volatile Residue

• LCMS/GCMS Certified Vials
  • Mass Spec Certified 2.0mL, 12x32mm R.A.M.™ vial with 9mm R.A.M.™ Royal Blue Polyproylene Open Top Cap
  • Glass – Type 1, Class A, 33 Expansion Clear or 51A Amber Borosilicate
  • Dimensions – Height, Diameter, Bottom Thickness, Neck Length, Thread Profile, Annealing
